Fireflies are unfortunately vanishing into thin air.  Their lights have been no match for the light pollution we create every day and every night, and with their lights being the main form of communication to each other, they cannot find each other, cannot reproduce, and cannot carryon for another generation.  We want to share this little-known issue with everyone, that fireflies are important and we can do something to help them!  Turn off outdoor lights on your house at night, and let our firefly friends glow on!

We have also featured a couple additional species on this shirt!

Dragonflies!  The destruction of wetlands worldwide is a threat to all species of dragonfly.  According to IUCN, 16% of the over 6,000 species of dragonfly are at risk for extinction.  Not endangerment, actual exctintion.   In the US, the Hine's Emerald Dragonfly has been on the US Fish and Wildlife list of endangered species since 1995.

Whooping Cranes are one of only 2 species of crane native to North America, is the tallest native American bird species, and is still endangered, despite 50 years of federal protection and decades of habitat conservation.  There are an estimated 500 in the wild (published US Fish and Wildlife 2023) and they still need eyes on them as we continue to work to rebuild their population.

Our super soft, tee shirt weight scarf is made entirely from recycled water bottles, right here in the US.   Featuring our signature fabric and vibrant colors, this scarf is sure to be your favorite.  Makes a perfect gift for the monarch lover in your life!  A portion of each sale will be donated to helping save endangered species.
